As far as I can tell, in case of Canadian CSA S16-09 code design, W sections that are class 4 are calculated correctly, but WT sections (and maybe others too?) are not. This issue should be high priority, because it is really annoying and the fix is very straight forward. Refer to Clause 13.3.5(b) in S16-09.
