Robot 2014 Pro crashes when designing walls with manual combos

Hi All I am having trouble with Robot will crashing when I try to design reinforcement of RC walls using manual design combos. I have installed SP3 and the problem still persists. Please help urgently as I am still having to model the building in Robot and in ETABs as ETABs can do the shear wall design. I would obviously much prefer to just use Robot.
