RSA Crashes when opening dxf file

Hello, 

I am trying to open a dxf file in shell model but iRSA keeps crashing after I click OK in "Parameters of loading DXF/IGES- format files" dialogue box. 

I have RSA Professional 2013 and it is up to date as the attached image shows 

Also, dxf file is attached

I can't see any problem with doing that. I'm attaching the rtd file.

For some reason , it is not working on my PC. I guess I won't be able to use this feature 🙂

Try to unmark the indicated check box

Does it make any difference?

Are you able to open this dxf file in AutoCAD (if installed) on the same computer?
