RC beam calculation according to SP 63.13330.2012

Have you assigned code check parameters to the beam yet?   Not sure if this is going to make a difference.

I just checked it makes no difference.

Maybe reset default RC code, close Robot and reopen?

Yes, but it doesn't work with new SP 63.13330.2012.

Only with old SNiP 2.03.01-84. Do you know where can I find the list of codes available in RSA to design different elements(as I understood i can design rc slab according to new russian code, but i can't design rc beam according to this code)

you can normally see in the Readme files for each service pack if new codes are implemented.  eg

http://images.autodesk.com/adsk/files/RSA2014_SP2_readme.htm#R/C_Members_Design_SP_

but i don't know if there is a list of RC codes as such.  I have the same "problem " in Australia.  Only required reo is available, not design for provided reo.

BS8110 is pretty good in Robot...........

This code is implemented for required reifnorcement for bars and panels. Not provided \ full modules.

"c:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Structural\Common Data\2014\Data\Other\norms.xls"

Just a list, not range of implementation
