RC Footings calculation error

..tried to find this error message in the help documentation....but nothing! What does it mean?

It is about the minimal area of reinforcement but as it is reported at 8 cm from the beginning of the continuous footing it can be probably just ignored (after looking at the distribution of reinforcement).
