RC Beam Design - Deflections

Hi, 

 

I'm trying to understand the RC Design Module for Beams and in the code parameters menu i see that is possible to verify the deflections but this option in unavaliable. Is there a reason for that? Other question: Does the software calculate the long term deflection? or it only verifies the elastic deflection?

The option should be available as shown below:
