RC BEAM-ACI CODE LOADS COEFFICIENT

Dear Sir,

 

When I try to input Live  loads to the RC beam module according to American Code ACI 318-05 (Metric)

I find a value Ql-t/Q which is not explained. Can you provide me the exact meaning of this coefficent?
