Hello, everyone.
Please see attached file, which was created in RSA 2015 SP1.
Now I'm trying to perform steel calcultation on code SNiP II-23-81*.
Unfortunately RSA 2015 SP1 can't save setting for steel member type, espessially buckling lengh and option for autodetect bracings.
Problem member in current project is named "Колонна К1" and everytime when I perform calculation Bucking Length = Length of Bar.
Please, let me know how to solve this problem.
Than you in advance!

I'm sorry for this situation. Thank you for letting us know - I have forwarded this issue to the development team for the investigation. At this moment the only workaround I can think of is to enter the value of buckling lenght coefficient directly in the memeber lenghts fields (e.g. 0.25).
Hi Artur,
Thanks for your assistance - we will wait for updates which resolve this problem!
Hello, Artur
New problems with steel desing module in RSA 2015.
When I perform checking of steel elements, Robot freezes on 85 %, sometimes it crashes with error. It not the problem of this current file, it's quite popular problem (many of my collegues complain for this).
Can you review this problem? I'm attaching RTD file and AVI file which descibe problem.
Thank you in advance.
This happens when you use automatic detection of adjoining elements and there are no such elements. The development team is investigating this situation. For now please replace the definition of member type for bars 418 and 420 as shown on the attached picture.

Hi, Artur.
Thank you for your help!
In steel design module RSA 2015 definition box doesn't contain all my steel members hence I cannot run calculations for this missing numbers. How to make the steel module to read all my members?

Marek

Thanks Artur,
The problem is the file for some reason has lost all defined member types, I have to define them again.

Marek
I admit I have. I realized it when defining new types a message appered the type has been already defined in code ACI... etc.
Thank you for your help
