Problem in panel meshing

I am having some problems in creating the mesh for the panel in the zone of intersection of bars for the model that i attach the link file.

My predifined meshing options are the folowing ones:

The iterative method is chosen to obtain coherence, but i am still having some problems creating the mesh, like isoloted nodes and incoherences in some nodes.

Whats your advise to solve these issues in the modeling process.

Thank you,

Thank you for the help, but  when i run the analysis a message of instability type 3 appears, should i ignored it?

I think you can as it seems to be caused by the large difference in stiffness of elements. When you delete panels (therefore no short bar elements are generated due to meshing) no instability is reported. As always in such situation you should carefully check the obtained results to make sure they are as expected.
