One directional support

Is it possible to define a one directional support? That is a support which is free inone direction and supprted in the other

I wanted to ask about that '+' that I see sometimes.

So it has to do with the direction it is released in.

 

Does ULS+/- then mean that the forces are considere in both ways?

ULS+/- it is something different

ULS+ - top envelope case of ULS  code combinations

ULS- - bottom envelope case of ULS code combinations
