Modal / Spectral analysis tension only bars

I am having problems with the results reported by RSPA2013 after a modal / spectral analysis of a structre. The tension only members do not report any axial forces for the modal/spectral analysis case. However, a simliar static lateral load case does report tension in the members. Any ideas?
