Load Combinations - automated

I have in the past just pasted a predefined list of load combination from an excel sheet into Robot because I didn't know how to use the automated load combination tool.  Now I have finally tried to implement it and ran in to a snag.  I can't seam to get any combos to actually show up.  I create three new load cases, dead, live, seismic.  I would like robot to create the standard LRFD load combos and list them in the manual load combination list.  How do I do this?

Here is my simple frame I'd like to test the automatic combination on.  Can't seam to get it to work.

Missing relations on Relation tab (move item from left to right panel for each nature)
