Incoherent Slab edges ( again! )

Hi Rafal,

I have tried the various options to remove the warning messages I get for incoherent slab edges, but to no avail!

Would it be possible  if you could review my model as attached and fix and re-send back? If you could that would be great. And any tips of what you did would be greatfuuly recieved!

Cheers

Lee

Check the coordinates from the nodes 52 53 54 55 56 there are 1 mm from the edge / side or panel corner , therefore the program need to generate a very small mesh
The right edge 120 edge(12) is too close to the vertical panels and columns
it could be better if you simulate this edge with a flat beam (if you want to wrap the whole column section) and the panel ends in this axis
this is valid also for the other edges

Thanks Rioja for taking time to review.

Just a couple of queries;-

Is there a way to move the slab edge minor amounts? I am fairly new to Robot and only way I can seem to manipulate the edges is to select and move by mouse.

And for slab boundaries, if small overhang, beast to generally ignore and input as column or wall panel centreline to centreline?

Thanks!

Lee,

- inaccurate model - again

- wrongly created panels - again

- kinematic links - again

- not recommended meshing options - again

Corrected model attached

Later on I will post movie how to correct your model.
