Importing dwg in Robot - problem with ARCS

Hi!

I am having a problem when I try to import this dwg file into Robot (as a dwg background).

I've tried with dxf, same thing.

The thing is that slab perimeter is made of arcs an they are not imported in Robot.

When I've turned them into polyline arcs (in AutoCAD), they appear but as single straight line.

I've manage to import it with "File > Open project..", but that's not what I've wanted.

Any suggestions?

Thanks Rafal,

Yes, that's what I've already done..

But, I cannot import it via "File > Import > DXF and DWG Backgrounds..."

Actually you can if you do it in Cad :

convert pline in arc in pline, then divide it into x points and redraw a pline with this points, explode pline (maybe last step in not necessary)

In fact, it is what robot does with the menu rafal showed ... but you will be able to import directly ...

Now you need a routine in CAD 😛

and as a back ground, as it is what you wanted ...

Yes, thank you Thomas, I thought of that too, but that's few more step that I simply didn't wanted to do.

Robot should do it automatically.

I hope it will be corrected in the next SP or at least in new version.

But it stands as an option when I really want it as a background. 🙂
