Foundation slab only shows one layer of reinforcing.

I have a foundation model where even though I have the element type set to have both top and bottom steel, Robot only seams to design one of them.  I understand that in this case, there might not be much stress in the bottom layer, but I would still like Robot to show the minimum steel required instead of nothing.  How do I do this?

I'm not sure if I understand this issue correctly. As far as I can see as you requested minimal reinforcement to be used for the entire panel there are no locations without any reinforcement.

There was only reinforcing bars shown in the top layer.  How do I get the bottom layer to calculate / show up?

There is no 'special' action needed. Could you make screen captures that show what you have got on your screen please? I still feel like not understanding the situation correctly.

I will post more screen shots.  That said, did you notice I uploaded the model.  I though that might be easier.
