Flat slab design problem

I have some issues with slab deisgn. I analysied the model got soe resuts which looks right. I calculated required reinforcment but when it comes to provided reinforcment tab I have problem with message " element is not flat". I checked all coordiantes of panel and it's correct.

Is there any guidline how to set up provided reinfocment and look at long-term effects and cracking(what cooficient Robt is taking into account calculating that etc)?

I did as  I was advised. Rounded up coordinates of panels. Generate right mesh but now I got some other error suggesting that panel is not in plane.

Panels coordinates looks right.
