Display Tabs

Hi Please find the attached file. Why the Tabs at the top of the diagram (Beam view, Beam reinforcement, Beam diagram, Beam notes, etc) are disappearing? How can these tabs be displayed?

Tools > Customize > Open Layouts from Template
