Detrimental deflection

Any simple way to calculate the detrimental delfection for RC horizontal structure ?

As one need to have two different load case with cracked and non cracked inertia, it not so obvious to me.

Maybe one way could be to estimate the coefficient E long/short x I cracked or non cracked and then combine with on the basis of an elastic deflection but I wanted something more accurate using the update of the stiffness.

If detrimental delfection concept is not clear (as it is not precisely regulated in the EC2), please see the attached pdf.
