Definition of floor under 0 level and quadrangular panels

Hi! I have a question about definition of floors under 0 level, for example -3 (floor -1) . The program blocks me when i try to define a floor under ground level.

Another question: There is any option to divide quadrangular panels into triangular panels?

What do you mean by that? File please and some more explanation.
