Can you make a cylinder shaped cladding?
Whenever I extrude a cladding circle (solid unchecked), it turns into a panel.
If it is not possible, how would I have to simulate this?
I made a concrete slab with a hole through it. I would like to apply a temperature load through the inside of the hole.
(The project is about a concrete slab with a pipe going through. The pipe had very high temperature and cracked the concrete all around the hole.)
Since I cannot select the face inside the hole, I cannot apply the load.
Please advice. Thank you.

Claddings have to be totally flat.
Modelling a Cylinder By extruding a circle ,you get just one object.
Maybe you can try to model the cylinder as a series of rectangular claddings using the " rotation" tool

Thank you for the valuble input.
I would definitely try it, but how would I ensure that my solid block with hole in it will interact with the claddings?
Would it receive the temperature load from the rotated claddings if they are in contact?
I answered before you edited your question.
Its a solid type model.
So I guess (I´ve never done a solid model) you have to model the steel pipe also as a solid and then apply the temperature load on it

I ended up modeling the sleeve holes as 8 side polygon and modelled sleeve as steel panels.
Mesh took me 1 day to complete. Then I meshed each panel, making sure that each node is in contact.
Applied thermal load to panels. I think it worked. At least no error or warning during calculation.
I attach the result screens, in case someone needs similar help.
Thank you!
