Cant make openings on shells

Good evening. I'm currently modelling a structure that has openings on the floor. No matter the method I try, I cannot make the openings and I don't know the reason why. I create a contour and then an opening and nothing, I use the openings dialog and it does not work. Can someone help me? I'm attatching the model to this message

Do not use ACIS to create panels.

Correct settings below, then recreate floor slabs
