slab th = 10cm

distance "for" perpendicular reinforcement 10-(3(top cover)+1,2(top main bar)+1,2(bottom main bar)+3(bottom cover)) = 1,6

two bars of fi 12 (perpendicular rebars) = 2,4 > 1,6 so they must overlap
