Simply select your column and go to the connections design module and choose if it is pinned or fixed.

I've done as you said but instead of base plate, column to beam is designed.
Robot can never base plate design?
please help me more
If you want to create a column base connection you need to select the column and as well as the node where you defined a support as shown on the attached picture.

I did as you said and select column and node but the base plate connection is'n calculate for column.see attached image.
I assume that actually you created the connection as a stand alone one using the button from the right hand side vertical toolbar rather than imported it from a model. In such case use the indicated button to run verification for manually entered set of forces.

is there any way to design base plate connection for column that imported from a model ?
I can't do this. the same attached image in previous reply appears.
Try to follow the steps shown on the attached picture. Define a column (use any I section type), then add support. Select both the column and the node where you defined the support. Press the button indicated in blue.
