Armor type

I have two questions for the command "Armor type" Cattura.

1- Why if I put the armor with this command and modify it with other commands Robot and then export the drawing detailing the armor is not correct?

2- Why sometimes you can not specify the number of bars you want, or is not generated the desired armor (see the picture below)?
