Add permanent load to footfall and modal analysis

The footfall and modal analysis only take the structures deadload into consideration. I want to add an extra permament load that the calulation should consider sinse heavy permanent equipment will be placed on the floor. Have tried to add extra permanent load without any change in the result.

Is it possible? How in that case?
