AUTOCAD layer import

Can someone explain me why the 2011 version of robot does not permit to import the autocad drawings with lines grouped in their layers. It was possible in the previous version of robot. I also tryed whit the trial version of autocad 2011 but it doesn't work.

this was a very important feature for who uses autocad for model the structures. Why delete a feature that works fine?

For now the workaround is to import such file to v.2010 or import it to 2011 and then create groups manually

This issue has been resolved with Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2023 release.
