Hello,
can any one help me please, i have created a void extrusion to form a cut out to the bottom of a slab but want to amend the profile slighly but i can't now seem to select the void extrusion profile. is there a command somewhere (view properties?) which switches this on or off.

There is no specific command to make it visibile. If you hover your cursor over the edges of it (in Section, based upon yout description) you should be able to get it to where you can select it, then edit it.
