section mark/detail mark referencing wrong sheet

can any one help here please

created a section, sheeted it, but the section title references the wrong sheet from that that the sectiom mark was drawn on.

thought it would be nice and easy to be able to select either the sheeted detail and change the sheet reference in the element properties but for some reason it's greyed out. similarly when you select the section mark itself and try changing the sheet reference numbers in the element properties once again they're greyed out. i've had this on numerouse occasions now,

thought it might be something to do with the extents of the section mark but this hasn't changed the sheet reference

make sure your view title is this one "View Title w Sheet-Ref Sheet.rfa" and not this one "View Title w Sheet.rfa"
