rebar view unobserved

In my detail views I almost always want the rebar to be hidden by other stuff that is above it.  This is controlled by going to the "View Visibility States" for the rebar in a view and unchecked the "View unobscured" check box.

It defaults to being checked.  Is there a way to set it up so that the default is to set this to unchecked?

Since this setting is made in the properties of each rebar instance (and the rebar is a system family), I don't see a way to change this default setting.

However, when looking at this dialog in the 2012 software, it looks like you can adjust this setting for all views at the same time.

You could select all instances of the family from the Project Browser, open the View Visibility States dialog, and then set the values you want for each view.
