mirror error

i am trying to model arched truss i made the bracing to the right half of the truss and when i tried to mirror it the upper bracing become lower

and i try to modify it manually but it just don't response

That's a pretty scary file sharing site- I couldn't figure out which of the 8 "download" buttons or links would actually give me a file, and which ones were ads.  I was not able to get the file you attached.

If I were you, I'd create a Dropbox or A360 account for sharing files.
