how to draw concrete slope

i have alredy topografy with cut slope. the question is how do i draw concrete skin for slope protection ? should i use family under component using mass?

Hi Iskandar,

Let me clarify, you had already built topography by Mass. Now, You'd like to create concrete slab to cover the mass, right?.

From Revit Structure, you can built floor/slab concrete, you can check this link :
