Trimed & Coped Beams showing in Phantom

Hi! I have sent a Revit file to my client who has forwarded this on to the main contractor. They cannot analyze this model because thier software "Strucad" is picking up the Phantom pieces of the copes in there software. Is there a way to mask or hide these phantom overhangs. Using Revit 2014. I will attach an image.
