Purging Import Symbols

Hi

I am working with a model that needs some general tidying up. Under the VG menu, Imported Categories heading, there is a list of about 30 dwg files that have been either Imported or Linked at one time or another.

Does anyone know how to purge this list of all dwg files that were imported instead of linked? I've tried opening all the views and turning all the imported categories on and deleting the ones I can find. However there are still about 10 files in the list I cannot find, and do not appear in any of the views.
