ummm...

 

Would it be possible to get a little more information?

Can you post any images of the problem?

 

Which ones are missing?

 

Do you have all of the service packs installed?

This is probaly the conflict with .NET 4.5  Please search the forum- there are a number of previous posts describing symptoms.

 

Make sure you are on the latest release of r2013, which is Update Release 3.

 

If you need help in the future, please provide as much information as possible.
