Floors - Architectural, Structural, Foundation Slab & Building Pad

I have a general question about floors in Revit Structure.  When and where is it approprate to use each of these:


Architectural Floor

Structural Floor

Foundation Slab

Building Pad


Revit Structure 2012

Just take the literal meanings - except for building pad to represent building footprint in site works.
