Family Type: Wall with Varying Number of Voids

Hi.

I am trying to create a family for a precast light wall. The lightwalls typically come in lenghts of multiples of 6' with 4'x6' voids spaced at 6' o.c. I am trying to create different family types within the family itself. Is there any way that I can make the number of voids a function of how long the wall length is? For example, a 30' light wall will have 5 openings. A 36' lightwall will have 6 openings. I am fairly new to Revit and this is the first major family I will be created. If anyone has a better idea on how to go about this that would be greatly apprcietated.

Thanks.

Rachel

Hi

You can replicate the void and must check Group and associate then click on the number and add a parameter for it
