Where can I find European Structural Steel families? My revit us US based with US Imperial and metric sizes. There are not any European Structural Sizes such as IPN 300, HE series or HEA series and etc.

What version of Revit are you on?

For r2010 and r2011, localized content can be downloaded from the pages underneath this page:

http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=13193082

For r2012 and newer, the content is downloaded by running the installer (Control Panel>Programs and Features) and then selecting "add or remove features".  From there you can select different content packs.

I found out from Autodesk support that you can also go to extensions tab/tools/content generator from within the program and generate content.

You have to be on subscription and have the extensions installed.
