Hi,
The "GTCmappings2015.mdb" is stored in this path:
"C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Advance\Data\GTCMapping2015.mdb"

You can also check this reg key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\Advance\DatabaseConnections
The path to the mapping database and the driver is setup here.

Which OS / MS Office do you use? (32 or 64 bit?)
Can you provide the RVT file and the GTCX to me? You can send the files ditectly to me if you don't want to post them on the forum.

Best Regards
Michael

I guess there is an issue with the database drivers on your machine. I had no problem to import your file on my side...

Did you check the databse location and registry key like I mentioned in my last post?

Which OS / MS Office do you use? (32 or 64 bit?) - I think this issue is related to MS office and MS databse drivers...

Best regards

Michael

I had a chat with the support team about your issue.

Unfortunately they can't reproduce your problem too (tried on different machines and configurations).

But I got a few hints for you:

Please check the Advance Steel and Concrete Plugin version - should be build 5213

Start Advance Concrete (AC) once with Admin rights (right click on the desktop icon and choose "run as administrator"

Close AC / start normal and try again the GTCx import

Is AC working correct or do you get any other error messages during the work with AC?

Try to create some AC elements (a column and a beam) export those from AC to GTCx and import again in AC (w/o using another application)

Is the file "GTCMapping2015.mdb" on your harddrive? (location: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Advance\Data)

Last but not least: Check if the Correct database drivers are available on your system. Start menu – Data Sources ODBC – Drivers tab). Please send me

a screenshot of this dialog.

Is your Office 2013 the 32bit or the 64bit version?

Best regards

Michael
