Error message while using Extensions Revit 2013

When I use revit extensions civil structures - Roads and terrain I get the following error:  

Extension encoutered a problem.

The error occured on: AREX

 - Create method exception.
Assembly name: DBridgeRoad: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.; StackTrace:    at REX.Bridges.Common. ...

How do I solve this problem?

Hello Neil, No. Unfortunately I have no response received. Therefore, I have the error sent to Autodesk in end December, but still waiting for reply. Regards, Maarten

Hello, I am having the same problem with the Civil Structures extension for Revit 2016.

I have solved my problem!!!! Aparently the problem was the size of the file, because My project was 14 Km long, so I limited the proyect only to the bridge zone and I was able to make the export process
