Column to beam connection problem

Hi, 

I want to ask is anyone else getting a message

"Column geometry is incorrect"

It comes when I try to make a connection between a beam and a columns (steel S275). The column and the beam are also the same size.

If this is from any help I am using revit 2014, with extention on a mac with parallels running windows 8.1.

I also want to add that when I play with some of the setting the message changes to beam geometry is incorrect.
