systems

I'm doing ductwork, trying to connect a supply diffuser to a fan and getting this error message-"the element you are trying to connect to is assigned to a system that uses a different system classification". I don't know how to manage the whole, 'system classification' thing, so can anybody explain this error and what I can do to remedy it?

Make sure the duct connectors are "supply" on both the diff and the fan, and that they are using the same flow parameter (cfm). Beyond that, I'm not sure.

Also make sure you have the correct information flow set - Diff = preset/In and the fan + calculated out on the downstream side. Upstream side should be preset In and then louvre from Fresh air should be calculated Out. Fresh air terminal also needs to be mechanical equipment rather than air terminal.
