problem with piping, not showing when connected to family

Dear all

i attached to you a picture showing the problem i have

i created an FCU unit and made piping on the side, on family i made pipe connector

and now

picure on the left showing the top view for the level, as you can see the the pipe i drew manually is showing with 2" size

there is a pipe i drew from the FCU that is not showing on the top view, BUT it is showing on the section

any idea abuot that problem ? as i drew the pipes manually

i have checked all the possible underlay option (as only i have 3 levels) but nothing is showing

can you help me please

Sorry for the delay in response.

This could be a number of possible issues, including:

- The elements are on a Workset that is turned off.

- The elements are being affected by a View Filter.

- There is an Underlay (which you mentioned that you checked). An Underlay can cause strange display issues.

- There a Plan Region present.
