problem with ceiling view

hi all

i have problem with the ceiling view (i attached a photo)

as you can see on the vertical red line

on the right side : there is 600x600 ceiling

on the left side    : there is nothing showing

i insered a black box to tell you there is a ceiling not showing 

the ROOF level on the right side is 9 meters but on the left side it is 6 meters, so the roof view is blocking the ceiling view

i tried to create new level between the both levels (9 and 6) but it is not working

i want to the whole ceiling to be shown 

is it possible ?

Have you tried setting the Roof Category to 100% Transparency?

Are u Trying To Use View Range In Properties tap.. also visible setting..???
