I am trying to create an electrical library. Having put together a standard face based family for a socket I then went to nest an annotation symbol for my plan view. And it all worked out fine - until I loaded it in - I cannot control the visibility of my plan view. What shows up is the 3d objects plan view - not my 2d symbol.(which I created in the generic annotation family template - using model lines... should I be using symbol lines? they are not an option in that template though..) I have tried everythign with the visibility - and have read a lot about it - despite this nothing works and I am still unclear of how to show my nested symbol in plan for the socket?
