loading Revit MEP 2012 as a viewer only

how do you load Revit MEP 2012 as a viewer only?  I have two licenses, and when I tried to load it, it hung and wouldnt install.  In the past, when I have done this with older versions, it was always a hassle going into it as a viewer.  i thought that was because I installed it as a 30 day free trial.  This time, I used the code, and did not select the 30 day free trial, but it just hung.  Is the viewer supposed to be installed using the 30 day free trial?  If so, it should say so ont he selection.  why cant a thrid selection be as a viewer only, and then that installation would prevent the 30day notice poping up all the time.  Such a hassle.

you have to install the revit mep program when that is done in your start menu there is an option to run as the revit viewer

start menu>all programs>autodesk>revit mep 2012>revit mep 2012 viewer
