diffrence btween conduit and conduit run

can someone could explain me the dirrence

i tried to do tests but i wasnt able to creat a conduit run

when i creat a conduit run schedule, it is empty

but a conduit schedule detect all the conduit i draw

so i didnt catch the diffrence
