connect warning

 

hi

 

When I connect the power to the water heater The following warning is displayed.What settings should I do?

It appears that you are trying to connect a 1-pole or 3-pole piece of equipment to a 2-pole Electrical Circuit. If the equipment is intended to be 2-pole, then check the element's Properties and Type Properties for a parameter that controls the Number of Poles. If you cannot find one, you will have to open the Family for editing and select the Electrical Connector to see what the Number of Poles is set to.
