Using SHIFT key to draw flex duct

Hi All

SHIFT key does something similar to AutoCAD ortho function when I am drawing rigid ducts.

Why it doesn't work for flex ducts? Is that a way to do same for flex ducts?

I assume that's by design - Flex Duct is not intended to be drawn with the same precision as Rigid Duct. If you are hard-pressed to attain a perfectly straight segment of Flex Duct, first draw a Detail Line and then draw the Flex Duct over it, snapping to the endpoints of the Detail Line.
