User interface flux

How do you change the user interface in revit so that it expands all tiles? (With out having to mouse over them and use the dropdown menu). I inadverently changed it somehow and I would really like to know what I did and how to fix it. See attached. Thanks

On the Ribbon to right side of the Tab names, there's a little pull-down menu. There's a small button with an arrow pointing downward (see image). Click on that to toggle the display mode.
