Shared parameters VAPORIZE!!!

Help!!

We have created lots of way cool shared parameters on families that we have built for the purposes of scheduling.

They were all ready to go on Friday, then I made the mistake of taking the weekend off.

*POOF*

gone as of this AM.

Anyone seen this? Ideas? Consolation?

Did you create a separate shared parameters file or did you create them in a project?

When you create parameters in a project schedule, I believe if you delete that schedule the custom parameters go bye-bye as well.

I have created a separate shared parameters file for all my scheduling needs and draw from that when creating families. Has not failed me, yet.

Thanks for the response.

Our standard procedure has been to add the parameters to the file, and then add them into the project.

It has been a while since this happened, and I cant swear on my life that this was done in this manner. The good news is we've not had a recurrence of the problem, however.
